Winston L. Alexis, MD, FACOG
Dr. Winston Alexis was born in Trinidad and Tobago and is a graduate of Howard University. He obtained his medical degree at Howard University School of Medicine in Washington D.C.. where he completed his residency in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Winston Alexis has over 50 years’ experience in obstetrics and gynecologic surgery, with special interest in fibroid surgery and infertility. He is an associate Professor at the Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine, in Davie Florida. Dr. Winston Alexis is active in the West Indian community and has spent over 30 years in the Broward and Miami-Dade area. Dr. Alexis' passion is driven by the bonds he builds with his patients over the course of their lives and the enjoyment he holds in keeping them healthy and well.
Dr. Winston Alexis is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrician and Gynecologist (ACOG) as well as board certified and re-certified by the American Board Obstetrics and Gynecology.(ABOG) Dr. Winston Alexis resides in Broward County with his wife, and enjoys playing tennis and golf with his children and grandchildren.
Renee B. Alexis, MD, FACOG
Dr Renee Alexis is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Medicine. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Jacksonville University, Jacksonville, Florida. She completed her training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami Florida.
Upon completing her training, Dr. Renee Alexis joined her father, Dr Winston Alexis at South Florida OBGYN Services, where she has continued to practice for the past 21 years. Dr. Renee Alexis provides a wide scope of women's health care that include pregnancy care, office gynecology and gynecologic surgery, including daVinci robotic hysterectomy. Dr Alexis is an Associate Professor in the Department of OBGYN at Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine in Davie Florida. Dr Renee Alexis takes great pride in giving the best care to the women that she encounters in her office making sure they have a complete understanding of their bodies in sickness and in health.
Dr. Renee Alexis is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrician and Gynecologist (ACOG) and is board certified and recertified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG). She lives in Broward County with her husband and her children.
